::Kotori and Yuma, before or after you take public transit/transport to get from your home to Heartland City Park, for whatever reason you have to go there, you run into a younger-ish woman? girl? Walking off and on the sidewalk and road.

Snacking on a cheap packet of chocolate candies with a dough shell, popping them into her mouth, as she keeps looking at a really out of date map book occasionally. She seems to be a bit frustrated:

She has red eyes, purple hair, and yellow tinted sunglasses.:

I am looking for these two individuals.

The first was kidnapped against his will by individuals unknown, his friend wants him brought home.

She is a liar pretending to be someone, and is planning to do something extremely dangerous to the city.

EVENT POST

::There is an angry purple haired woman(?)/teenager(?) with sunglasses with a red robotic pet with a dinky little crown on its head...

A) Marching towards the Abandoned Dorm. There's a trail of defeated Academy Security.

B) Domino Plaza, prying stones out with a cutter knife, and sampling them to her 'pet'.

C) Floating outside your balcony, Sadame and Shian. With whirring flaming rings on her ankles and wrists.

D) The outlook hill that has binoculars that point at the Arcology reforged into World's End Palace - Carcosa.

E) Standing as a barricade on the road to Kaikori.

The woman looks absolutely livid.::

::You can find Miss von Brandt somewhere in the city, probably at the plaza drinking coffee, on top of an abandoned building, or perhaps up close at a monument, or at the College Library, or even the Domino Museum.

No, this doesn't have to be the triggering event if people don't want to commit yet as a group. But you can pick fights with her.::
